Do I need to staff the facility?
No. A customer books online, pays, and gets an access code by email — the door unlocks for their session automatically. Plenty of GameDay Access facilities run fully unstaffed hours alongside staffed ones.
What if I don't have smart locks yet?
You can start with manual, rotating access codes delivered by email and add smart locks whenever you're ready — the booking and payment side works identically either way.
Can I run leagues or events alongside regular bay bookings?
Yes — single sessions, recurring weekly leagues, and multi-week series all run through the same booking and payment system as a normal bay reservation.
