Class booking and recurring sessions for training facilities
Capacity-limited classes, membership billing, and split-room booking — with online payments and smart-lock access built in.
Built for how studios and academies run
Recurring classes with a hard capacity
Set up a class — Tuesday 6pm beginner clinic, 12 spots — once, and it repeats every week automatically. Each spot is a real registration against a real cap, so a class never overbooks.
Membership pricing, billed automatically
Set a member rate and GameDay Access charges it on your billing cycle without a manual invoice — members book at their rate, non-members book at yours, from the same calendar.
One room, booked whole or in sections
A training floor can be one bookable space or split into independently priced, independently bookable sections — for private lessons running alongside a group class in the same room.
Unmanned access with a smart lock
Every class registration and every private booking can carry its own access code, so a facility can run outside staffed hours without anyone at the door.
Owner, staff, and read-only roles
Give instructors and front-desk staff their own login with the right level of access, without handing out your owner credentials.
Smart lock access
Connect Yale, August, Schlage Encode, Igloohome, or Salto and every class registration and private booking gets its own access code automatically. See how smart lock setup works →
FAQ
Can a class have a waitlist once it fills?
Capacity is enforced in real time at registration — once a class hits its cap, no more spots are taken for that session, so no double-booking.
Do members and non-members book the same way?
Yes — the same booking flow, priced at whichever rate applies to the customer. Members are billed on your recurring schedule; non-members pay per booking.
Does this work for one-on-one lessons, not just group classes?
Yes — a room or lane can host recurring group classes and individually reserved private lessons side by side, split into sections if you need both running at once.
