One booking system for every space in your complex
Cages, turf, courts, and bays on one calendar and one customer account — with role-based staff access and smart-lock access built in.
Built for running more than one thing at once
Every space, one calendar
Batting cages, turf, courts, and simulator bays are all just "areas" in GameDay Access — there's no separate module per sport. Add as many as your building has and manage them from the same admin panel.
One customer account across every space
A customer who books a cage and a court is the same customer record, with one balance and one booking history — not a separate account per category.
Owner, staff, and read-only roles
Give front-desk staff their own login instead of sharing the owner's — settings changes stay owner-only, across the entire complex, not per space.
Split any space into sections
A turf field, a court, or a training floor can be booked whole or split into independently priced sections — set up once per space, same mechanism everywhere in the building.
Unmanned access on every door
Connect Yale, August, Schlage Encode, Igloohome, or Salto and every booking — in any category — gets its own access code automatically, so the whole complex can run outside staffed hours.
Smart lock access
Connect Yale, August, Schlage Encode, Igloohome, or Salto once and every door in the building can run on the same automatic access-code system. See how smart lock setup works →
FAQ
Do I need a separate account or subscription per category of space?
No — one organization, one subscription, covers every space you run: cages, turf, courts, bays, or training rooms, all on the same calendar and the same customer accounts.
Can different spaces have different pricing and access rules?
Yes — pricing, hours, and split-section setup are all configured per space, so a batting cage and a pickleball court in the same building can run on completely different rates and schedules.
Can I limit what my front-desk staff can see or change?
Yes — staff accounts can manage day-to-day bookings and view reports, but settings changes are reserved for the owner role. A read-only role is also available for anyone who should only be able to view, not edit.
